Ohana Pacific Rehabilitation Services and Windward YMCA-Kailua are co-sponsoring Health and Wellness lectures the 1st Wednesday of each month as a free community service.

Each month a different professional from the community will present a topic on health & wellness. A light lunch is provided. Please see below for logistics and schedule:
